The Yoga that truly heals is the therapeutic Yoga in which all exercises link with an ailment or pain whether physical or mentally.
Most classes will be based upon the therapeutic Yoga but most effect you will have is when you opt for private sessions. In these everything we do will be geared towards your specific needs.
